Lily Work Lodge No. 10, Free and Accepted Masons was established June 25, 1879 in Charleston, SC, and owe allegiance to The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of South Carolina, where the Honorable Lewis H. Nelson, Jr. is the Most Worshipful Grand Master. Our Lodge Building is located at 3900 Azalea Drive in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Lily Work participates in several charity/community initiatives in the Greater Charleston area including:

     ~ Providing meals, firewood and other assistance to our widows and widows in the community

     ~ Providing school supplies to youth in the community

     ~ Providing and serving meals to patients at the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge in downtown Charleston, SC

The current elected officers are:
